Mr. Norwick serves as Chief Financial Officer of Sentorum. He has led finance for the Safety platform since 2021, building the capital structure and financial discipline behind its growth.
Over that period he led the financial execution of the platform’s acquisitions and its divestiture, directing capital toward the highest-return opportunities and exiting what did not fit. He built the reporting and controls that let decentralized, entrepreneurial teams run their own businesses while holding the platform to a single standard of financial discipline. He has built that discipline around end markets defined by non-discretionary, regulation-driven demand across fire, rescue, hazmat, law enforcement, military, and industrial customers. These are low-volatility markets that hold through economic cycles and support durable, predictable cash flow.
His earlier roles built that foundation. Mr. Norwick was Operational Controller for Madison’s Filtration Group Corporation and CFO of its Industrial Division. Before Madison, he was Corporate Controller for Cenveo, Inc., a $2 billion publicly traded manufacturer of labels, packaging, and other print-related products, where he owned financial reporting for a public company at scale. Earlier, he was a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, serving some of the largest public companies in the manufacturing, retail, and distribution industries. Mr. Norwick is a CPA and holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Illinois, where he graduated with High Honors.
